I haven’t updated in a while, since I had no access to internet, but now I do and there’s not much going on with Alexis at the moment besides the release of The Good Guy late last month.
I have found a bunch of videos from the junket and have made a mini collection below (there are a couple more which I’ll post next time). There is also another video here which I isn’t embed. ;)

“The Good Guy” & “SCR”

I apologise for not updating the site. I have had very limited access to the internet for the past two weeks and won’t have internet until next Monday.
According to IMDB, Sleepaway Camp Reunion status has been changed to “in production” and she will play Lauren Scott.

The Good Guy will be released in just over 2 weeks and I have some goodies for you! I have added an additional 2 stills and I have also updated the poster to a better quality. ;)
The official website has also been revamped with info on the cast and stills.

More Interviews & Gallery Update

I have been adding a bunch of photos from the past few days to the gallery. Don’t forget to check them out at the gallery. And also follow us on twitter at @alexisbledelfan!
Alexis did an interview on the day of “Tavis Smiley” with E!Online, as she is wearing the same outfit.


Alexis and Zach also did a small interview with OK Magazine’s Valerie Nome, after they donated the graduation gown from “Post Grad” to Planet Hollywood.

Tucked away upstairs as world famous chicken crunch and beverages go round, Alexis settles into the booth side of the table along with her good friend Zach.

“I see you went to a Lutheran school,” I begin, myself a pre-K through eighth grad of Redeemer Lutheran School. Bond alert!
“I went to a Baptist school, a Lutheran school, a Catholic school and we lived in a Jewish neighborhood,” she remembers.

In the movie, Alexis plays a college grad who expects everything to be rosy now that she has the coveted degree. Like many grads – every grad? – she soon learns she can’t control her own fate. How does Alexis react to the unexpected?
“I accept it, and move on,” she tells me.
There’s also a love interest in her best friend. Can men and women really be just friends?
The carefully measured actress says yes.
“There may not necessarily be an attraction. There’s gotta be that spark. It’s not always there.”

There has been so many “Post Grad” related interviews, photos and articles lately! Only 3 more days until the movie is released in America! Alexis recently did an interview with Edmonton Sun, you can read the interview here. Also, don’t forget to buy the “Post Grad” soundtrack, which is now in stores!

“Post Grad” Interviews

Days left until “Post Grad”: six days!
I found a bunch of interviews, the first three being from the “Post Grad” Press Day on July 20th. The bottom two were only just uploaded a couple of days ago, and the first was uploaded today!




Alexis also did a Q&A with the San Fancisco Chronicle. Read the rest after the jump.

Q: Are you getting sent Rory roles over and over?
A: I do get scripts for sort of sweet characters for family films. I think it just takes time. I have to grow out of my image, and it has to do with the way I look, too, which I can’t do anything about (laughs).

Q: Why did you choose “Post Grad”?
A: I knew the writer through a friend for a few years. I thought it was a really relatable story; she’s my age. It’s her experience of graduating from college and not being able to get the job she wanted. This was years ago, before everything that’s going on now. I’d heard similar stories from friends and people from my class who’d graduated. I found it to be really true to people my age.

I have updated the “Important Dates” with more need-to know dates! Don’t forget to watch the shows, I especially can’t wait for when she visits It’s On with Alexa Chung! Her “Post Grad” co-star, Zach Gilford will also visit Alexa Chung the day before!
Remember how a few weeks back, I asked you guys to post questions for Michelle‘s interview with Alexis? 15. From Julie Achermann: Now that Gilmore Girls is over and you’ve appeared in some great movies, what do you prefer, being part of a movie or a television show? Which one requires a harder work?
A: Julie,
There are great things about both; when you’re on a show, you have consistent work for a while, which is great. When you’re going from movie to movie, you get to enjoy a fresh start at the beginning of each job, which is also nice. Both require hard work, but television show schedules are typically more demanding.

16. From Lucia: Out of all the characters you have played, which can you relate to the most?
A: Lucia,
I can relate to all of them a little bit.

17. from Esme: Which movie/t.v. show was the most fun to shoot and why?
A: Esme,
Sin City was fun because it was so different from other work I’ve done, and I just worked on an independent film called The Good Guy last summer; that one was fun because we shot it in New York City with a great group of people.

A: Joanne,
Some of my most recently favorite movies are Children of Men and The Motorcycle Diaries. Mad Men is a great show. Does anyone remember Perfect Strangers or Mr. Belvedere from the eighties? Those were some of my favorites when I was a kid. And I loved The Cosby Show.

20. From Tamara: What is one of your favorite episodes of Gilmore Girls and why?
A: Tamara,
My favorite episode is the first one, the pilot. I’m not sure why, maybe it makes me sentimental in a way, it was my first acting job, and in it are the first few scenes Lauren and I shot together with seven years of working closely to follow.

Gallery updates and interview

According to J-ENT, Alexis will be appearing on “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” on Monday, August 10. She is most like promoting “Post Grad” as there is just under 3 weeks until its release in America! The official “Post Grad” website has updated their gallery with many stills from “Post Grad”, so go take a look. They cannot be uploaded to gallery for copyright reasons.
